Hey, I'm Thais!
July6th is a side project of mine that I'm starting out of boredom. I wanted to have a new hobby and have something personal that I can have fun with and maybe share with my friends, whether that's IRL or online friends. It’s almost the end of my sophomore year, so I might as well have something to keep me busy during the summer, since I can almost guarantee I won’t be doing much. Also, the reason why this site is called July6th is because it is based off my birthday, and is also the name of my other social medias. I know Neocities is all about branching off of mainstream social medias like Instagram, but that isn’t really my main focus, so feel free to stalk me, I guess...
My favorite movies are Bubble Boy, Mysterious Skin, American Psycho, Taxi Driver, Platoon, American History X, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and probably more that I really can't remember off the top of my head. Shows I like to watch are Sex and the City, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Good Place, Death Note, Abbott Elementary, Pen15, American Vandal, and SpongeBob SquarePants.
My favorite books are Catcher in the Rye, American Psycho (once again), Diary of an Oxygen Thief, Schoolgirl, and Harassment Architecture (I find it funny and really poorly written. I don’t agree with the views stated in the book).
I like to draw, as previously stated, and I usually draw cartoon-like furries and moe anime girls. I might have a little gallery with my drawings, but they’re really nothing special and not really the main focus of this blog. But I will probably share them regardless. Drawing and reading are my only hobbies, and I guess coding will become a new one. :-)
I listen to a lot of different types of music. It varies from cloud rap to country, if that gives you an idea. My favorite artists are Bladee, Yung Lean, Teen Suicide, Starry Cat (same person), Lucki, Snow Strippers, SALEM, Suzy Sheer, Black Kray, Neutral Milk Hotel, Whirr, Duster, Machine Girl, Cities Aviv, kitty, hackle, chris travis and lots of other stuff, and that's just what I'm naming off the top of my head. I also like vaporwave. #BringVaporwaveBack.
Other than my interests, I like to talk with my friends, which might be mentioned in later blog/diary entries. My best friends are Sarah, Ashley, and Jake (if they see this), and Jayden is a close contender... lol. They mean a lot to me and are a huge part of my life. Cheers.
I'm not sure what else to write, but I have a dog named Doge, and he is a Saint Bernard. I am really close with my parents, who encourage my hobbies and what I like. Other than that, I guess that is all I have to say for myself. Thank you if you genuinely read all this, it means a lot to me! And I hope this helps you get to know me a little bit better.
